One of the problems I had in the past was to make small talk. So I decided to greet new visitors in the general & introductions section with the condition that I would find at least one good thing about them to comment on. It got more and more interesting. Sometimes, I used to say, "hey, come on, give me something to go on"
. I find that I have gotten better at making small talk!
