It is a guided meditation about your sacred space, where you can find the answer to your questions.
It does take time and practice, and will work only if you can really quiet the mind and not think about what you expect to hear or "should" hear.
If it doesn´t work that is ok as well. Just enjoy the peace and try again the next day, or the next etc.
There is no quick fix for this.
If you want the quick fix, write down all the pros and cons and see which list is longer.. that is your rational answer.
