Stop judging yourself... start accepting yourself for who you are, uncomfortable and all.
Do you, honestly and completely, feel confident inside? Not just when you are alone at home, but also when you are with other people? Do you feel confident in yourself around your "boss"?
Because that is not what you are radiating in the written word here on the forum.. let alone how you would come across on a video...
