I am eating/blending vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, oat bran, ground flaxseeds, and beans. I think that it is a salivary flow issue because my mouth and throat are dry a lot of the time, especially when I am on the computer (right now). I am pretty sure that I chew my food pretty well before attempting to swallow it.
