This sounds pretty concerning - how long have you been experiencing this? Perhaps this is an obvious question, but do you chew your food very well? It definitely helps. Is your mouth dry? If so perhaps less salivary flow might be a factor. It is interesting that you mention this does not happen when you are extremely hungry, and I suggest considering what effects this. Lastly, what kind of foods are you eating/blending? All I've mentioned are simply suggestions of some factors to think about and hopefully you will find ways to lessen discomfort.
