I am redesigning my life this weekend to be a bit more streamlined, and removing a lot of things I felt that I "should" be doing, in order to concentrate on the things that I really want to do but always seem to put off.
I know that I can be more productive, and a 30-day challenge seems like a good start...
Any procrastination beating tips very welcome!

Procrastination is the ?only? thing that hold people back from achieving their goals.
Here's a top procrastination tip for you (from someone whose spent 2years studying and teaching people how to stop procrastinating):
Don't make it a goal to stop procrastinating. Instead, focus your attention and your efforts on achieving more of your goal, quicker and with greater fulfillment. Carl Jung said that 'What you resist persist' and this is very true. If your attention is on 'stopping doing something' then the very act of resistance will cause for it to persist.
You have to move beyond it and focus instead on the solution, which is not to stop, but to be more effective.
This 30-day challenge is a great way to focus the mind. Keep it up and keep us posted on your progress
