How do you know?
Do they have a charta somewhere that states it? Do you object to the kind of people who are in the commision?

Exactly. When you object to something being in a law or other rule you should be able to point to the paragraph that you object to.
That's really the way to get laws changed and much more effective than signing a petition with some random allegations.
