I've been studying different techniques of IM and was wondering which works better - when we visualize the exact outcome we'd like to experience/manifest or simply state our intentions and allow the Universe to manifest it as It wills?

I'm thinking that visualizing the outcome sort of limits what we could actually get if we trust allow the Universe to work It's intelligent magic. But, at the same time, I feel as though we have to be specific about what we want (and even that feels as though I am doubting the Universe and not trusting it to manifest my intention in a way that is in my best interest).

What are your thoughts? Which works best or which works best for you?
