My video is a shining example of a person who has a vision that does not include others in it - they're shadows in the background. It's a subtle yet powerful point: if people are in our visions, then almost like magnets they are attracted to us, because they are in our vision.
If people are in the background of our vision, then they will remain there when we move out into the world and try to make our vision real.
Without people there supporting what we're doing, our success will always be limited by not having the unbelievable multiplicative power of "human support".
