P.S.S. Does carefully making a video lead to more constructive feedback? I made my video on the first take, shooting from the hip. Perhaps we can get a person to carefully lay out a video, practice their points, organize it really well, and see how the feedback changes when a person is talking about their career aspirations in a more structured/planned way.
