To me it's not really about the sexuality.
It's the double standard that would turn me off. If a girl is apt to express her sexuality on a first date for a guy she doesn't like, then realizing that she's holding off on me (when she probably WANTS to have sex) would probably piss me off. Not because I'm not getting sex from her, but because she'd be using sex as a tool of manipulation.
I find someone who is authentic and congruent very sexy. I find fake and manipulative people a complete turn off.
