Self Help guy- Millions of women every day all over the world are living in bodies that society tells them arent attractive- anything over a size 7 gets instant scrutiny for further defects which are usually found. So understand, women are capable of feeling the same way balding men feel, in fact, we feel it more often and MORE OF IT from the time puberty starts. And yes, our ego is wrapped up in that too.

This quote makes it clear to me that you dont understand that I'm not referring to "ego" with the negative pop-culture connotation as in "He has such a big ego". I'm talking about the bigger picture and the way the ego relates to your higher self.
