EFT is great at silencing the immediate symptoms. I prefer to resolve the
cause of problems, and that's what Greene's Release does - and much easier than EFT as you don't have to keep doing the same issue over and over again, once and it is finished with.
You can think of your shoulder and body as being an extension of your sense of well-being. How you are feeling emotionally.
It's really funny to ask someone who has a sore neck "who's being a pain in the neck?" Sure enough someone is annoying them, and as soon as that is resolved, the neck takes care of itself.
That is what I was referring to when I asked "when you think of your shoulder, what do you feel emotionally?" This will answer the source of your shoulder issue.
Health is a life topic, so of course there are several related issues.
Your shoulder is your impetus to change your whole life, which will automatically resolve your shoulder issue in the process. Just like people think love is an issue, when it is their 'fear of love' or 'past hurts'. They focus on the love topic and ignore their past hurts that cause their behaviors and emotions. So the cycle keeps repeating.
I am glad it is merely an annoyance that is pushing you rather than something more serious. Btw you are the one to heal your shoulder, it is about what you do - not a method or product.
