I said to myself-no man,not again, there is NO MORE TIME,you are wasting your life away if you fall down again!!
So that evening a made a massive schedule for next day,I mean just a bit above of what I though human could possibly do in one day. And next day-I did it all. It was the best day in my life. First time ever I fullfilled my MAXIMUM potential. And it felt fantastic. And I developed this filter,I didnt spent time anymore on anything thats not productive or doesnt get me closer to my goals, like meaningless chatting on fb and stuff. And I developed massive negative associations towards that kind of behavior,so now for 16 days already I can honestly say I m COMPLETELY procrastionation free and I do in one day what most dont in week or more, what I usually done in 3 weeks!!
The thing I dont quite get is how is it possible for all my neuropatterns and behaviors to change in one day?
Its fantastic,I realised everything, all you need to do for success is simply:
FOCUS(filtering out all non productive stuff and time wasters) and
HARD WORK(doing maximum you can each day to make future as good as it can possibly get.
And thats all,no secret,no 79 things list to do in order to get somewhere, its all so simple!!
Try it for one day yourself, achieve maximum productivity in one day and maybe it permanenty changes you too!!
Hope this helps someone!
Cheers

Congratulations and all the best in the future. People can experience events that efectively shall change them instantly (or within a close period of time) although these are normally negative, and fortunately are rare.

There are moments when one can undergo a significant event / realisation in which they can be changed instantly (or again within a close period of time). However, remember that we are creatures of habit (this is neither good nor bad) thus we tend to revert to our usual ways.

Which is why I somehow doubt that this has occurred with you, I am sure that after one slip up, this could be enough for you to slip back into your old pattern. This is why you must place contingencies now that you are on a high. There is no reason that your current drive cannot become a habit, but lets say that this shall take 60 days to begin to achieve, and another 60 to lay on the wet cement. Sound long? Well then you realise that a habit is something that is permanent and not fleeting, even for the mid-term.

I am sure that Steve Pavlina had a good article based loosely about this subject, where he talked about self-help profiteers such as Tony Robbins (not that I have anything against the guy, I just think he's out of his current depth). What can you do now that will make it harder to maintain your old ways, should you revert fully back to your 'old' self tomorrow? Now you're on the right track.

BTW, I personally would be interested to hear of your progress, in 30 day intervals if you are up for that.
