Letting Go
I think letting go is about getting out of your own way in order to let things develop. One analogy is planting a seed, and then standing over it tapping your foot, and waiting for an oak tree to appear. It doesn't work like that. And you can't keep digging it up either.
You plant the seed, you take some actions, watering, fertilizing, allowing sunlight in. But then you need to let it develop.
Myself, being in the financial markets, have another analogy. When I put on an options position, I can't look at every quote tick all day. I start to freak out and spoil my well planned trade. Some of my trades take weeks to develop, so there is nothing to really "do". You put the trade on, and then get on with your life.
That is just my idea about letting go.
