If this activity is not an essential one, then I wonder why you would even imagine doing something to re-injure a body part while it is trying to heal? Or don't you have any care or respect for your physical body?
See how it works?

Maybe I need to give more of an explanation before I go around looking like a fool that would purposefully re injure a part i already know is bad.
1. the football throwing motion is just an example of the position and the force needed for it to pop out. I found that out after I felt like my shoulder was completely healed when playing football one day, and it popped out again, it wasnt like i injured it and then the next day i went to play football knowing it was just injured. seems kinda stupid to me.
2. Of course I have care and respect for my physical body, I've been trying to get my shoulder to the point where It i fully healed and I get to a point where it feels 100 percent only to be popped out again by something random, for instance if i moved it the wrong way too fast. If I didn't care, whats the point of creating the thread?
understand?
although thank you for your insight, very helpful.
Im glad that your son is okay and doing well.
anybody else have any ideas, stories, etc/?
