IMHO you have no obligation to rely any message at all. You are a free person. Especially if it is disturbing you, which it sounds like it is, I strongly recommend you look after yourself first and take a hiatus from the whole thing. Then, once you have perspective and a sound mind, reconsider your options.
If people do not come to you requesting to speak to their 'dead' loved ones, to suddenly confront them with a message is potentially harmful for them. They may not be ready for it. Be strong. Tell whatever spirit that wants you to do something that you will only do what is best for the receiver of the message. If that means remaining silent, then that's that. Don't let anybody control you, dead or alive. You are the boss, because you have to live the karma for your actions, not them.
