I want to know maybe some meditations or practices to heal the ligaments, tendons, cartlage, rotator cuff muscle, whatever and all that needs to be healed and to strengthen it so it won't happen again.
I will supplement this training with physical training of the shoulder also some multi-vitamins and glucosamine/chondrotain supplements that are said to rebuild cartlage.
I just want to hear of stories of people healing themselves of specific injuries like this and how you did it and maybe ideas of what I can do.
I mean I hear stories of people curing themselves of cancer so I am sure that healing a shoulder is not too obsurd.
Thanks you for reading my post =D any help is much appreciated |
Hi taktics,
I always find health to be a fascinating topic, probably because people are not buried in the emotions - obviously as their body is feeling the emotions for them...
Question....If you think of your shoulder right now, what is the first thought or emotion or physical feeling that comes to mind?
You will find that it matches your life circumstances. Shoulders are usually about carrying a burden, or life being too hard....but you don't want to think about that, so your shoulder does it for you..
Health is about '
taking care of yourself'...and you mention that you throw a football with your injured shoulder, and then wonder why it becomes irritated and sore...
If this activity is not an essential one, then I wonder why you would even imagine doing something to re-injure a body part while it is trying to heal? Or don't you have any care or respect for your physical body?
See how it works?
Your shoulder gives you the opportunity to change your whole life, as the means of resolving your shoulder, should you wish to do so...or you could just stay with band-aids...and quick fixes...
on a metaphysical standpoint, you could address the specific reason for your shoulder, but would you want to resolve a single aspect, and keep the issues of other topics - which may show up in other health issues anyway, as that seems to be your life topic..
btw..My son had the same injury, and the physio said he wouldn't touch him before surgery because beside his rotor cuff and impingement issues, his clavicle was dislocating continually - you could see it sticking up - ewwww...lol..He has a disability so surgery was not an option..
My son holds his own beliefs, so I do not push mine on him, although as his mother who has his trust, and having worked in physio for many years, I got the detailed info needed, and worked on him each day for several weeks. his shoulder is now solid, non-painful, and he is doing well...
