Yes, I have tried visualization and agree that its useful. I guess need to work on that a bit more!
One thing though which happens after visualization is that I tend to think about the desired outcomes/feelings most of the time which tends to make me more attached to the desired result. And I tend to live more in the future instead of enjoying the present.
And if the result is not achieved quickly, I get frustrated. I guess this is what 'm going through just now as well.
This makes me bring up the story/pattern of my life. In the past, this fear of failure and the resulting frustration has stopped me from visualizing big things.
Visualizing the achievement of your dreams, at the same time not getting frustrated if the results take time to manifest is the key....isn't it, or am I missing something here?
