Welcome to the forum

I've read several articles on manifesting jobs/ careers and one idea i've taken from them is to visualize the reality of your intention. Its probably much easier said then done if your not a visual person but it helps to clearly see yourself in your desired circumstance. This means visualize yourself working in that bigger organization doing work that complies with what your looking for. In the visualization include all feelings of having that new job and receiving the appropriate income. Notice how you feel when are working at this new job and those feelings generated by the job experience will soon appear in your life.
