Default IM to heal an injury...but how?

So basically I tried to ask this in the health section but i only got 3-4 replies which pretty much lead to an "unfortunately, surgery is the only way"

What im asking is How can I heal an injury i have, specifically my shoulder, If i accidently put it the wrong way or try to throw a football really hard then it will pop out then pop back in,.. it gets painful and irritating.

I want to know maybe some meditations or practices to heal the ligaments,tendons, cartlage, rotator cuff muscle, whatever and all that needs to be healed and to strengthen it so it won't happen again.

I will supplement this training with physical training of the shoulder also some multi-vitamins and glucosamine/chondrotain supplements that are said to rebuild cartlage.

I just want to hear of stories of people healing themselves of specific injuries like this and how you did it and maybe ideas of what I can do.

I mean I hear stories of people curing themselves of cancer so I am sure that healing a shoulder is not too obsurd.
