And I developed massive negative associations towards that kind of behavior,so now for 16 days already I can honestly say I m COMPLETELY procrastionation free and I do in one day what most dont in week or more,what I usually done in 3 weeks!!
The thing I dont quite get is how is it possible for all my neuropatterns and behaviors to change in one day?
Its fantastic,I realised everything,all you need to do for success is simply:
FOCUS(filtering out all non productive stuff and time wasters) and
HARD WORK(doing maximum you can each day to make future as good as it can possibly get.
And thats all,no secret,no 79 things list to do in order to get somewhere,its all so simple!!
Try it for one day yourself,achieve maximum productivity in one day and maybe it permanenty changes you too!!

Igor | I think your post very motivating, used to have before day or two on hard working and then again loose focus. Will be working over motivation through the positioning on things I want to avoid.
