I'd definitely add Harv Eker - Millionaire Mind - Vol II CD 16 - The Power of Unconditional Action

(many times Eker is misspelled like "Ecker")

There is another one in which he talks about the favorite phrase of the mind, the "what if" and that you must not listen to your mind because it's main job is survival (which is far from the "success" we are aiming to have). I can't find this one but it's absolutely the best motivational stuff I've ever heard.
