I will second this, I just started one myself about ten days ago. Mine was
1. Wake up at 7:30 AM every day
2. Stop drinking caffeine
I used to go to bed around 2 or 3 AM, then wake up at 10 and have wasted my whole morning. Now by getting up earlier I am becoming extremely time efficient as I can get alot of my business work done before even lunchtime. And, I can now also eat breakfast, lol.
Not drinking caffeine has been a HUGE success for me. My body feels so much more "natural" and balanced (and its only been 10 days!). It took the first two days just to get passed the headaches of not having it at all, but now it has been amazing. I play ice hockey for instance twice a week and can notice a huge difference in my stamina.
Looking at it from a life changing perspective as skrmish has pointed out, I am beginning for the first time in my life realize that any day can be as highly productive as you want it to be if you work at it. You truly can manifest your day and accomplish SO much you didn't think possible. I am convinced that I want to become a time efficiency machine now, which will definitely change my life for the better.
I am 20 and love playing a game called battlefield 2 online. Before this experiment I had restricted myself to only playing on the weekends so I could get my work done, now I am done with my work by 5 and can play for an hour or so a day (which was another manifestation of mine). Simple put though, that could be my wife one day, or reading a book, or talking with a friend, or getting coffee with a friend, etc. The possibilities are truly endless.
