30 day goals- mine and yours goals and progress
My first 30 day goal that will change my life is
1- getting up at 5 am and running for 2 hrs
2- Going for swimming and increase my breath span underwater till the end i want at least 2 minutes
i will post my progress and results daily.i invite you all to post your goals.it is time to put that dream down on paper.And everyone cheer each other for thier goals.
