As for the 100 vocabs, they aren't that much of a problem, since I don't have to know them by heart in one single session. The great thing about the Leitner system is, that you can add new cards on a daily basis without getting overwhelmed with unnecessary repetition. I also didn't have to write the index cards, since I have a couple hundred I wrote some time ago.
Regarding blender, I wanted to make a scene where some wine is pouring into a glass, however the whine always leaked from the glass, so I can only show you one of my earlier tries: http://files.better-tutorials.com/pub/div/fluid.mpg

So here's my list for day 2: - get old exams for practice
- hit the gym
- work at least three hours on biology project
- learn biology for at least two hours
- practice shorthand for 30 min
- program my learning card index with 100 new vocabs
- draw for one hour
- make a new list of goals

Keep it up! After a few successful days you prove to yourself that you can do it and that it is actually fun. I've had bouts with self-discipline in the past and often find that these 7 day, 10 day, 30 day etc. experiments are good to learn how you work best and how you can be productive.
