You could do what I do and include your girlfriend with other women. I never liked the idea of open relationships or swinging because both of your hearts are going in two different directions. When you include your girlfriend it allows you both to be there and present with another women.
The amazing part of it is that your attraction for your girlfriend will grow immensely. When you meet someone new there is always the fun and excitement of a new relationship. Those excited feelings get linked to your girlfriend (and your girlfriend's attraction for you will grow).
Doing it this way allows you to stay attracted to your girlfriend while still sleeping with other women. There's a lot more to this but I'm just giving you the basic overview.
I do suggest getting your mind leveled before you talk to your girlfriend about this. If you aren't set on a decision and talk to her about anything there is a good chance you will lose her.
