But see, I was thinking I have to be careful with this, because really, it's a type of credit. Although in a sense it's not credit because it's not borrowing more money. It's also not something I can turn into cash today. But it's sort of cash because it allows me to pay off bills and stop paying interest on them. And I also should be able to turn it into cash in the future, once house prices go back up!

This was a huge breakthrough, but there is another breakthrough waiting in the wings . . .

By the way, it would be cool if you're right, that somebody's going to give me $15,000 in free stocks and bonds today!
