It seems that you really do not know what it is you want to do. Everything is a little vague - you kinda want to go back to school... looking for a job but nothing worthwhile has turned up. And you dismissed the psychiatric treatment. Is it feasible for you to undergo the treatment and go back to college? That appears to be the obvious answer - I am assuming your parents are okay to pay the fees.

Until you have thought things through you should stay at home with your parents in your comfortable, suburban home. Don't think about moving out just yet! I guess you have a decent education from High School - so college is optional. Perhaps you should see a careers advisor and talk through your options - do one of those questionnaires that churns out a list of ideal occupations? See what takes your fancy.

There are other options apart from academic education - you could try an apprenticeship or other work-based training course. And there are always home study courses where you can work and learn - okay maybe you work in a burger bar or stack shelves for a while, but you can learn a lot about people that way. It is all good.

Add some strings to your bow...
