well basicly yeah,i do it because i have negative asociations towards not doing it but important thing I realised is that you cant wait to get in the mood to do something,you just gotta do it now and thats it.
Oh i do hang out with people and relax ofcourse its just that I dont do it anymore most of the time cuz I m bored or dont wanna work on something,so I dont use these other aspects of life anymore to feel good even do I am not progressing,I am now using them to balance out,thats all.
The thing is we all hear that it takes couple of weeks to developd habbits and stuff so I m amazed it can all be transformed in an instance
