Most people guess me early-mid 30s.
Quit the rat race a couple of years ago with BP of 168/120 and a dicky heartbeat. Moved to Egypt and within 2 months BP was 120/80 and no dicky heart beats for the past 12 months - with no dieting, no exercising and no medication
