Now that sounded like a pretty interesting trip, to say the least.
Astral Projection, now that's something that I haven't experienced and haven't really applied myself to of yet. Lucid dreaming is my current project concerning travels of the mind.
Concerning AP though, is it mainly traveling from one place to another by flight, or can one also see themselves at a particular location and teleport?, much like how a dream usually operates.
