There are few who directly see what is going to happen to person committing suicide. All spiritually developed cultures do not see it as a way to go (apart of “suicide” of high developed monk or yogi who himself stops his heart beating in full awakened status with high spirit and in right time – not in the young age usually).
What is said is that prevailing state or mood is a leading force to the next life. Thus if you feel depressed you can guess how it can end up. You most probably end up somewhere where to be depressed is a natural state of beings. They also say that the very last man on the Earth has unimaginably better life that the king from “underworld”. Does it exist? Would you like to check yourself really?
The human being has a great freedom – by your will you can squeeze out of yourself better mood.
Do not you wait for a reason to have one. We are often sad having no real reason. Why not to be happy without having a special reason? Walk, try to find around nice things, singing bird, bubling brook, sunny day, laughing kids, colorful flower – you name it. Do any kind of activity. Help someone, help yourself. Do not be passive since this is killing force itself.
If there is something making you happy, give it first thought at the morning and last one before you fall asleep. There are many proverbs expressing that alike things are gravitating. And again spirituality all around the world is pointing the fact that God, Absolute, Nature forces helps you to be in the mood you like to be. Depressed? Nature will arrange situation for you to be. If you will give it a try and will change slowly your mood, your environment will change as well. Is it an easy task? No, definitely not. Is it worth? O man, you can bet that it will pay you back every second of the effort you will put in it. Help yourself with pray if you can – pray to God, to Nature, to your higher self, you choose – pray to be happy, do not give precondition or do not specify it. Use everything, but do not let your life go to find out too late what a mistake it was. And – do not cry and feel sorry about yourself in how bad situation you are.
