Ah yes... creating interest in the older man.
If you truly feel comfortable with yourself, and you can deeply recognize that any response he offers is more about
'where he is at right now' than
'who you are'... then by all means, be direct and ask him out... this is a great exercise for deep peacefulness with yourself!
If you don't feel quite that comfortable just yet, then feel free to use one of the more subtle (well kinda) methods mentioned earlier in this thread.
