I'm pretty sure the Institute of Noetic Sciences has confirmed Dr. Emoto's research. I was at their conference 2 years ago and I seem to remember senior scientist Dean Radin talking about it.
I wouldn't describe water as having
feelings per se, but I would describe it as having consciousness.
