Woah. Eating cookies for breakfast one time is no problem. Enjoy them! If you do it all the time, that is something to examine. Go for the feelings underneath the food - were you feeling lonely, anxious, somehow uncomfortable?

Sometimes I eat dessert for dinner. :-) Yumm!
