This is a general comment not directed at anyone.
One thing I don't like about the raw movement is the imitation of all the cooked dishes like burgers and the various gourmet ones.
Why bother? These foods are equally if not harder for the body to digest than their cooked counterparts. And they almost never taste the same. They just look the same.
Natalia Rose, author of the Raw food detox diet says it isn't about eating 100% raw but keeping it light in the body to have clean cellular health. Good food combinations and light food is the key and I agree with her.
