Hi motivateme,
Thank you so much. Your post was very helpful. As you said, I am currently sticking to what my employer wants me to do.

He said he might assign me in a web development project soon so I am getting prepared for it.

I am already on H1B and am going with the flow. Will see where it takes.

You jus spoke my mind. I really want to use my skills in non-profit organizations to gain experience and build networking.
