I eat around 3-4 Kg of fruits every day.Alot of Dates and almonds.
I never feel like vommiting.
Why don't you try fuji apples instead of pears.(try organic )

Isn't there something I could mix with the nuts to make it less fat? And something less sweet than dates to make the pie hold together?
