This is true, but make sure you visualize yourself driving/owning these cars or items. If you only picture these items, you will manifest them, by seeing them drive by.
As for cash, that is a little more difficult in that we attach emotion (and if we are short on cash, we attach lack) to cash. I find it easier to look at it this way. We all have abundance in our life, because that is all that exists. The question you need to ask is: Do I have an abundance of abundance or an abundance of lack.
Manifesting goes beyond wanting and visualizing. The easiest way to manifest something is to believe it is yours and you have it.
To manifest cash, you have to detach yourself from the belief that you have a lack of cash. For example, if you want to win the lottery, ask yourself why you want to win (Be truthful). If the answer is because you need or want the money you are focused on lack. If the answer is because you want to pay off bills, you are focused on the lack of money. The real trick to manifesting anything you want, is to believe, and I mean truly believe without any hesitation, that the reason it is yours is because abundance is a gift from God, the Universe or whatever/whoever you believe, and you accept this abundance.

Just think about the one thing I said. Do you have an abundance of abundance or an abundance of lack? No matter what you have, it is abundance.
