I'd never had eggplant parmigiana and it was yummy!
I am also grateful that I got to celebrate my father's 65th birthday with him today. I am especially grateful that I no longer resent him. He's given me some amazing gifts and experiencing affection and warmth for him instead of hatred and bitterness is wonderfully freeing!
