EDIT: wow, that really was not necessary.
1) Demons cannot use astral energy. I am not claiming to know for sure who they were, but the 3 figures assisting you in your first projection certainly weren't demons.
2) Demons do not assist people in projecting. Because they are incapable of using astral energy, they also cannot help you project.
3) It would be wise to revise your experience there and try to find out what actually was going on.

Finally that has absolutely nothing to do with the opening posters' questions or concerns. I don't know why or how you came to the impression that these figures assisting you to project were demons but that conclusion is HIGHLY contrary to everyone elses' experiences.
