At the very least, I think it might -
might have more an effect on other people, than actually causing things to appear or manifest. Just my opinion though, I can't really say.
There were times I did that just to see how other people would react, however I never finished reading the whole book, or any of the following books..
The author's website has questions and answers and a forum, however, I think waiting over 30 days is too long to feel it's effective.
Can I ask what you were you trying to attract ?
