You may think you do not believe in God, but if you still fear his wrath and hell - your belief is still in place. Indeed, you may
tried to change your beliefs and on the conscious level claim you do not believe but your fear is showing you the opposite.
You do not
want to believe in God would probably be a more fitting statement.
