Wow. You've given me a lot to absorb. Particularly about the 'how' of growth. It seems so obvious now that you say it, in the way that you say it. It's been like my mind has been stuck in this tape loop. You've effectively helped to empower me in my attempts to 'snip' the tape.
I'm in full agreement about the meditation/self-awareness..I'm actually heading to an 11 day silent meditation retreat in a few weeks. l'm looking forward to it.
