Default Major Update

It has been five weeks, since I first started. My first ten days went very smoothly, until I got sick, and my schedule was thrown off. I never seemed to get back into the flow, although I woke up at 5am on a lot of days.

Now for the good news: I feel like an early riser for sure! I started off with waking 9-10am a couple of month ago. Then went to waking up at 7am for a week or so, and then at 6am for two solid weeks. I got into the habit of waking up at 6am, and feeling very normal the rest of the day, not tired or sleepy. In fact, when I woke up at 8, I felt like I overslept. I naturally seem to go to bed at 12am. I think it would be 11am, if not for family wanting to stay up late. So the flow I settled into now is 12-6am with 30 minutes to an hour nap in the afternoon.

What's next:
1. Getting into the habit of going to bed at 11pm.
2. Getting up at 5am until I consistently get up at 5 for three weeks.

Very simple!

New strategy:
Conditioning myself to get up before the alarm goes off.
