There is nothing miraculous about any individual green powder. What you want to look for is whether the powder offers sufficient micronutrients -- meaning vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals and antioxidants. The problem with most green powders is they claim to be miracle foods -- which they are not. There is nothing magical about spirulina, wheatgrass, chlorella or others. They are simply very nutrient dense foods that are healthy, just like kale, collard greens and other nutrient dense foods. The ones that really frustrate me are the ones that claim they are equivalent to 10 servings of fruits and vegetables -- this is just nonsense.

I have tried literally everyone out there, and the only one I now take is VITAFORCE, because it is the only that fulfills my criteria. Some of the others posted up here are decent, but they don't fulfill my criteria. For instance, while Vitamineral Green has healthy ingredients, it does not have a nutritional label, so you literally have no idea what nutrients you are getting. I used to take Vitamineral Green, but then when I found VITAFORCE, I switched over and haven't looked back. Plus, VITAFORCE is the only green powder that serves as a multivitamin as well (but it gets its nutrients from the whole food ingredients).
