Cool I agree

Too many people equate hard work with something that's negative. But it's only "hard work" when you're doing something that you aren't passionate about. In my opinion, to make a lot of money and be happy, you need to be doing focused, purposed centered work.

Now I'm not saying that all work will be pleasant and easy. But if you're doing purpose centered work, your tasks will be more enjoyable than the person working a 9-5 they're bored with. And there are many people who make a lot of money, but don't like what they do. Is that happiness? No, because after a while the money becomes an emotional trap.

Like Dani, I work a lot and I love what I do. So technically it isn't "hard work". It's not easy work, because it take effort and concentration to get things done, but it's not hard work because I love it.

Winning the lottery or expecting money to fall out of the sky, as your primary source of income, is giving up control of your life. You're saying "By my own efforts, I can't produce this income. So therefore I expect others to give it to me. And as a result, my life is dictated by situations out of my control."

I think playing the lottery sometimes, while working and being a responsible adult it fine. But depending on it to give you financial freedom, is allowing yourself to become a victim of life. And I say this because depending on things outside your control makes you feel powerless.

Play the lottery just for fun and find a way to give service to other people in a way that pleases you, then you'll have as much money as you can handle.
