Read Steve's articles on the subject--they're as good as anything you'll find on the subject. You're obviously a very sharp, industrious person so its just a matter of connecting the dots and you'll be fine. I've had a fairly lucrative "non-traditional" business and I'm trying to move into a more passive income generation model based on what Steve's done. My "old" business allowed me a lot of freedom in terms of where and when I worked, but it was a 24/7 job. Your advantage is that you've figured out what you want and don't want early in life, and now its just a matter of figuring out how to get it.
