Not exactly. There are plenty of things I want to do. Without opportunities, my 'want' is not going to come to fruition. Intention/Manifestation follows the theory of the Law of Attraction. That like attracts like. If you hold a high, positive vibe, good things are likely to happen to you and good opportunities are likely to come your way. You must still act as these opportunities present themselves. Without a degree of 'luck' you can 'Just Do It' all you want and still not get where you aspire to be. But 'doing it' is definitely part of the equation.
